This 6-hour National Safety Council course is a classroom program.However, if you receive a subsequent ticket and are notified that you are eligible again, you may attempt the BDIC for the subsequent ticket.
BASIC DRIVER IMPROVEMENT COURSE MICHIGAN ELIGIBILITY DRIVERS
The State of Michigan allows eligible drivers to complete a Basic Driver. If the Florida DMV or DHSMV is making you take a basic driver improvement course, then you are eligible to take the course anytime, as long as you complete before the due date they gave you.
